I am searching for a Tree Climber with at least 5 yrs. experience who has all his climbing gear, saddle, spikes, topping saw, and ropes. The ideal situation would be a climber that does freelance for now. All I will ever ask of one of my climbers is to get the tree safely on the ground, get paid, and leave. All I ask is for you to be honest (a man of your word), do what you say, and when you say you will do it. That is not hard. You stand me up with one of my customers and make me look bad, changes are you will not work for me again. I understand things happen, just communicate that your running late or you aren't going to make it. I am huge on my word. As for paid, I have not had anyone to complain about what I have been willing to pay them yet.
