Description: Our construction company is in need of full-time and part-time Painters to join our staff. You will be responsible for painting primarily commercial projects. We execute a variety of painting contracts throughout Philadelphia and we are in need of self-sufficient, hardworking, talented, timely, and professional painters who can work in fast paced environments to complete jobs with excellence and quality. We're looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation, $14-$22 to be determined upon completion of application and interview. Qualifications • High school diploma/GED preferred • 2+ years' residential or commercial painting experience preferred • Reliable transportation and clean driving record • Ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget • Excellent communication and team-building skills Responsibilities • Paint the interiors of various residential and commercial dwellings as required • Work with other construction professionals • Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping • Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs • Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner • Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects • Meet with project managers to discuss color and finish options as well as other design details for space Please respond by submitting resume MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IMMEDIATELY We will reach out to schedule interviews
