Have a parent (80) with handicapped child in Millsboro. Need small driveway shoveled, blowed as well as a wheelchair ramp maybe twice through the storm so that it doesn’t freeze up tonight. Child will have to get down ramp for school tomorrow. Near Nanticoke Indian Museum
