Hello! I'm trying to build a project from the ground up. I'm looking for drums and probably a bass guitar. I have a practice space and all the gear needed to make this project (drums, basses, amps, guitars, so on). I would like to record and play shows. I don't need players who are incredible but I do need to be able to communicate on a level that makes us productive - for example, you don't need to be versed in all music theory but I also don't have time to teach you how to play bass / drums or where all the notes are on a fretboard so somewhere in between? Looking for weekly weekday practices. All POC, LGBTQ+, genders welcome. Please be vaccinated. I had a band that was going excellent that was derailed because one person just never got vaccinated. I have every intention of playing music live and don't want to sequester us to the small number of places that allow unvaccinated shows happen. Please have a DIY music mindset. Thanks!
