Landlord sought to evict us from her condo for 3 years through discriminating, harassment, retaliation and fraud. 3 management companies and an HOA board are involved. All own assets and have insurance and bond.
Some acts were reported to various government agencies and are pending.
HOA committed documented fraud, misrepresentation and forgery.
If condo is sold, we become homeless. In escrow now to be bought by others.
There is exist a contract to sale to us, but condo owner/landlord breached the written contract.
