What a nice, mellow cat

I am a contractor working on a vacant house. The previous tenants packed up and moved, and just left their cat behind. This cat is really mellow, and likes to be petted. He has a cute little whine when he is hungry, or needs attention. I believe he would be nice with kids. I am hoping a nice family would want to adopt this nice cat. Let me know.
