Lost dog spotted on paddock road

I was driving down paddock road in Cincinnati Ohio at about 7:10 a.m. and seen a dog running by the golf course it appeared to be a yellow lab that had what appeared to be a vest on I tried to turn around and get a closer look and I tried to catch it but I could not find it lasting on the golf course paddock road if this is your dog I just spotted it at about 7:10 a.m. today this morning
