Cat Needs forever home

I have a Male Tuxedo Cat here that was abandoned in my apartment complex. He's now been fixed, dewormed, and first set of shots. Maybe 1-2yrs old. I can't keep him, but taking care of him atm because I feel bad. I gave him a bath, which he did really well with. He's great at bathing, nail trims, uses cat box. He's good indoors, but he loves being outside. Not sure where he came from. I feel like he would do well with someone who lives on a farm, or has a yard away from traffic. He could possibly be made to stay inside, but he's always wanting to go explore back outside. There is a small rehoming fee to cover my expenses, and insure he goes to a loving home. He will go with low dust litter, and both dry and canned food for him. We started calling him Sebastian. He's very affectionate, purrs and meows. He just needs a permanent home.
