A social and community event (like a BBQ), where any food lover, whether professional or amature, prepare their own chili con carne recipe and submit it for taste testing. www.gableschilifest.com Gables Chil iFest Inc is recognized by the IRS as a 501c(3) charitable organization. The uniqueness of this event is its collaboration between numerous community, and civic organizations. Many local and national organizations will come together to support the U.S. Veterans; with proceeds benefting the local veteran community.
