Pro drummer seeks practice space

Pro drummer seeking practice space (monthly rental). Top level jazz/fusion drummer with small drum kit (5pc) seeking practice space in the Montclair NJ area. I'm fully vaccinated. Pfizer x 2. This would be a monthly rental agreement. Not hourly. It’s just me. I have no other musicians tagging along. Very happy to share a space with others. NOTE: Must be able to accommodate and securely house my own private kit (small 5pc. 20” bass drum). I do not practice on other people’s kits, house kits, etc. Space can be a closet but must be secure, clean, reasonable ventilation and free of moisture. Happy to share space with another serious, trustworthy drummer or band. Daytime is preferred but I can probably flex on that. Also, I work super clean. There's no booze, drugs, smoking, etc. tagging along with me. Reply must include photos of space and pricing.
