Old school guitarist seeking drummer and bass player to form nucleus of metalcore type band for financed recording project - a debut album which will be released on a European based distributer/label. The central focus on the songs will involve catchy hooks with crunchy riffs and drum/bass orchestration which accents akin to mosh style breaks. Think Slayer Angel of Death bridge, Dark Angel's An Ancient Inherited Shame, Merauder's Life is Pain or Cro-mags We Gotta Know intro riff...etc The principle focus will be on song writing and arrangement to craft the best possible outcome for each song. I have 20+ years exp playing numerous styles from rock, blues to progressive thrash. Former music major, studied classical guitar and played in jazz ensembles in college. However, I have also favored heavier music with dark and somber lyrical topics. No drug or alcohol hang-ups and I am 100% committed to completing this band/project and handling the business end based on my previous experience and contacts.
