where can I find guided therapeutic psilocybin treatment?

I'm very motivated to try psilocybin (magic mushrooms) for therapeutic purposes, and am specifically looking for an experienced guide. (I'm not looking to just have a trip, and am not looking for a hookup for the mushrooms.) I was inspired by Michael Pollan's book How to Change Your Mind and other things I've read and heard since. I'm dealing with chronic lifelong depression, isolation, anxiety, low self-esteem, and other issues that are incredibly hard to kick. I have a regular therapist. I've been on and off SSRIs. The experiences people describe having, and the therapeutic possibilities, are really inspiring. I would appreciate any leads (online forums, for example) that might lead me to an experienced guide who is specifically able to work with someone like me who has my set of goals. I understand this is expensive and I expect to pay fairly — which I know will be costly. Some of these overseas retreats I've read about in articles are so ridiculously priced, however... I don't have that kind of money. It needs to be within budget, which is why I'm looking for local-ish leads. Thank you in advance.
