Come join us in an hour long class that will begin with a brief meditation to help unwind and ground ourselves into a safe space.
We will then ease into some beginning yoga poses to further help us center and relax our bodies. Lastly, we will end with an opportunity to begin the new year with some positive affirmations and manifest our visions for the upcoming journey.
