Description

Are you a family with middle school aged teens? Do you have a heart to mentor youth? Do you have a story to share? Then you are invited! We believe that the middle school years, typically between the ages of 12-14, are perhaps the most critical years in a young person's life. This transition from childhood into young adulthood can mark the trajectory of a young person's life based on the decisions they make, whether good or bad. Likewise, parents of children at this age can often use guidance, wisdom, and support from others in helping their kids make this transition. CROP Ministries, in partnership with SixOne Media, are about to launch a parent-led initiative to bring teaching, mentoring, and guidance to families at this life stage. Who are CROP Ministries and SixOne Media? We are parents, pretty much like any other parent, who love our kids and want to help them grow up in the most positive, encouraging, and Christ-centered environment as possible. We are not affiliated with any school, church, or denomination. We believe Jesus is who He said He is, and that His instruction to us is for our own good. Please join us for this Vision Cast of this Christian community that is being established here in North Idaho. Hear the impact that CROP Ministries has had in other communities. Discover how your family can benefit if you are at this life stage, how your life experiences can contribute to others, and how you can be a part of a mighty work of God that we believe His is about to perform here in 2022. Event is free of charge. Light snacks will be served. For questions, you can call or e-mail Mark Martinez at (208) 660-7096 or [email protected]. CROP stands for Christian Rite of Passage.  CROP provides the "Easy Button" in helping you communicate with your teens in a safe and secure micro-community of other teens and parents.  CROP empowers parents to be the primary teachers of their teens, at the stage of life when a teen tends to tune out the voice of their parent.  We accomplish this through weekly studies, monthly gatherings, quarterly events, and relevant resourcing. CROP strengthens the bond between parent and teen. CROP is targeted for the 12 - 14-year-old boy or girl at their parent(s).  Children aged 11 or 15 may participate, based on the advice of the parent. CROP Ministries is not affiliated with any church or denomination.  We are a community of parents, teachers, homeschoolers, coaches, pastors, and teens who share life experiences with our young teens in order to give them the best shot of learning how to make good life decisions.  CROP Ministries is a DBA of Priority Living Inc., a 501(c)3  non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.   Priority Living, Inc. – Tax ID # 330141608 DBA of Priority Living Inc., a 501(c)3  non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.   Priority Living, Inc. – Tax ID # 330141608
