Community Event! Strength workout with emphasis on core, goal setting for the year, and accountability to make resolutions into a habit!
Join Julie Harrison, fitness and health coach, and Charlotte Walters, physical therapist and functional nutrition coach as we focus on strengthening for cross training. We will also focus on your success to move your resolutions to lifestyle habits! This is the year to focus on achievable goals, accountability to meet those goals, and success in being healthier in 2022.
Bring a friend (who will keep you accountable), a mat, exercise bands and a set of dumbbells. (if you don't have anything, come anyway!)
