Looking for a good home for our lab

Sadie is a very sweet chocolate lab. She loves playing with balls and loves playing in the water. She is housetrained and she is amazing with kids and cats. We moved into an apartment on a second floor from a 10 acre farm after parents divorce and I have a new baby and it's been hard on her. She is a little overweight and just has a hard time going up and down the stairs to potty. We take her for walks every day but apartment life and not getting to run and be outside is just not the life for her. She needs a farm home again. If anyone is looking for a sweet well trained family dog that wants to play ball nonstop, shes your girl. You do have to watch the balls on the Christmas tree though and keep them above reach. She might stand and bark at them for you to throw them 🤣 We will be asking a small rehoming fee for her to make sure she's going to a good home. If you would like to meet her, please let me know.
