Install August smart keypads and simple levers in front of Room B & C 3. Install 2 soap dispensers in bathroom 4. Install 4 floating shelves, 1 light fixture, 1 wall mirror in bathroom 5. Install at least 3 floating shelves in Room C 6. Install at least 3 floating shelves in Room B 7. Install 2 wall mounted plug in lights in Room B 8. Install expandable closet system in Room B, C: SimpleHouseware Adjustable Closet Hanging Rod, Chrome 9. Patch a hole in black curtain with black thread. 10. Install at least 25 picture frames of different sizes in Rooms B and C total 11. Install August wifi smartlock and keypads for Room B & C. Requires Susan to be on site. Requires buying simple lever door handles and drilling a door hole in each room. 12. Assemble white metal bed frame in Room C. Slip on mattress protector onto 👑 queen bed in Rooms C. 13. Wall mount 8-10 sets of cat furniture in cat lounge living room. Requires going to Midtown apartment to remove existing cat furniture from wall. 14. Assemble 4-seat sofa and velvet chaise lounge in cat lounge 15. Do ceiling 🎨 paint touchups and puttying ceiling holes and fix paint trim in kitchen. Requires tall ladder. 16. Pick up re-Print panther giant poster to cut into smaller 8" by 10" frames 17. Hang up trio gallery wall of black jaguar frames 10" by 17" 18. Fix bathroom window 19. Fix 2 fans that no longer light up in rooms B & C 20. Install metal shelves inside locker cabinet in cat lounge
