A non for profit 501c3 canine shelter giving homeless dogs a second chance. Our vision for homeless dogs in Central New York includes reducing the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable dogs and increasing the adoption of dogs that are trained by the inmates at Jamesville Correctional Facility. Our vision for the inmate program includes a reduction in recidivism in Onondaga County, as well as providing an opportunity for vocational skill building among the inmates in the program.
