Reconnecting to our lower bodies using the movement of bioenergetics, breathwork and music The way you do one thing is the way you do most things. Do you notice how your body feels everytime you get triggered? The space can feel tight, constricted or even shallow. During this moving meditation we'll be moving our bodies to feel the lower half of ourselves. Our hips, thighs, calves, ankles and feet will move to feel all the spaces that have been frozen. Using the movement of bioenergetics can help you to release the stress you are carrying which allows your body to create more space within. Breathwork helps you to stay connected to your body and get out of the thoughts that continue to play over in your head. Each Moving Meditation will focus on a different area of the body, helping you to stay present and connected within. *Please bring a yoga mat and water
