1. 20 Wildwood Drive - EMM-EIDR* Public Hearing (continued from 12/14/21). Applicant proposes a patio in backyard with site work that will result in slopes greater than 15% and finished grades greater than 5 ft. from surrounding elevations. Hearing was continued to engage an engineer to certify the slope and wall.
2. 60 Dover Road-Scenic Road application -Westwood Deputy Tree Warden requesting the removal of dead tree within the public right-of-way of Dover Road in front of 60 Dover Road.
