Press release from the City of West Des Moines: 12/31/2021 11:45 AM Emergency Snow Parking Ban Declaration The City of West Des Moines is declaring that an Emergency Parking Ban for Snow Removal will go into effect for the City of West Des Moines at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, January 1, 2022. This parking ban will remain in effect until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 2, 2022. The Emergency Parking Ban applies to all streets in West Des Moines. During an Emergency Parking Ban for Snow Removal, cars are subject to a $50 fine and/or towing. This press release was produced by the City of West Des Moines.
