Carpenter / Handyman needed in Miami Beach part-time start tomorrow. We need full time from Jan 3 to 14 to start out. Work include: - Framing - Carpentry - Hanging doors - Framing - Drywall - light plumbing, electrical - etc. We buy/rent/flip homes and have several rentals in the area and we need help with upgrading. This is no bid job as we have ongoing work/mainteance/projects going on (so no negotiations or fixed price or bids)! Work is from 9 am to 5.30 pm (with 30 min lunch required) and we pay $160 per day (for 8h/day or $20 per hour). and If you have an experienced handyman-helper we pay $100 per day ($12.5 per hour) (role of the handyman-helper is pick up/shop material, while framer/carpenter stays and work onsite) (we do not pay for shopping time for framer/carpenter) We can pay you each day so you get paid right away. REQUIREMENT: - Live less than 10 minutes from South Beach - Years of Experience with lots of tools - A valid Driver License - Own a Car or Truck (no drop-off/pick-up, must have your own car/truck) - NON smoker, Drug free, Clean background - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire or PayPal Please send photos of prior tile jobs you have done, a link to Facebook/Instagram page and if you have any reviews, showing previous work references and do not call (we will call you).
