Hello Beautiful Community!! We are a family-owned studio/gallery/showroom/healing community. We believe, now more than ever, people need welcoming, inviting, community spaces to grow and learn and make connections. Everyone, including those with differing ideas, will be welcome. Studio 42 is a center of love and light that is created BY the community FOR the community. It is a shop, a classroom, a temple, a gallery, a spiritual resting ground. It is a place for renewal, growth and inspiration. It is a means of giving back and a center to change the world through donation, participation awareness and creation. It will be a respite from the negative fear-based society we live in so that we can arm all individuals who are interested in change, with the skills and confidence to envision their dreams, and assistance to leap fully into them. It is a space where we can be the change we wish to see in the world. We will sign our lease to begin February 2022. We are looking to support the community and give people a space where they can share their art and energy with the world. A place of healing. We will be offereing Art Release sessions where we can transmute feelings of fear, pain, anger. Let's work together to purge the world of fear, pain, depression, anxiety, lack of self-worth. Let's forgive ourselves and all of those around us. Are you an artist or crafter or are you passionate about a healing modality? Do you have a small business? What do you sell? What do you make? What do you practice? Do you love arts and crafts and want to share your skills? We're looking for expert makers in the following areas: - Weaving - Leather working - Resin art - Basket weaving - Polymer clay - Pottery of any kind - Sculpture - Jewelry making - Concrete decor - Macrame - Block printing - Book binding - Drawing - Watercolor painting - Acrylic painting - Oil painting - Mural work - Found object art/sculpture Are you a Healer needing a space? Are you a Spiritual Entrepreneur? Are you a mystic that does tarot readings or work with crystals or herbs? Are you interested in finding a community where you can participate, grow, love, learn, and dream? Are you looking for a mentor or a spiritual leader? Are you interested in making a change, but you don't even know where to begin? Let us know what classes you'd be interested in. If you are responding due to the healer or class you'd like to teach, you must be comfortable speaking in front of a group, answering questions, and demonstrate a genuine interest in helping participants learn grow and develop. If you are looking for a place to show your work, please answer the following questions in an email. Who are you? Why do you create what you create? How long have you been creating? If we accept your work, how many pieces would you have ready to show? Please send photos of your work and prices. Keep in mind, we will be taking 42% commission on all art sold, so send prices that you'd like to receive. As a side note, we recommend sending a series of art or jewelry or bags or whatever. It should look as though it's all created by the same person. We are looking for the unique, one-of-a-kind work that can't be found on Amazon or Wayfair.
