This is very specific and no other variations will be considered. If you’re a band that needs a keyboard player, I’m not interested. I’m looking to do something unique. I play piano, keys and sing. I’m a male, mid 50s. I would like to find another piano, keyboard player to pair up with to do gigs. Female would be nice so that we have female (you) and male (me) vocals. But open to a male as well. 80s music is very popular and I like the fun silly aspect of that type of stuff and so it would be really fun. Enough people are playing knocking on heavens door and purple rain. A keyboard duo sitting side-by-side playing fun music. Songs with keys only and songs with backing drum and bass tracks. One could play piano while the other plays strings. One can play keyboards and the other plays sax, One can play bass one can play organ. You get the point. Creative and fun.Open to adding a drummer and bass down the line. Would be fun to play a wine bar, restaurant, bar, type gigs. You can be in another band and do this on the side. I don’t care. Again, 80s. I’m an intermediate player and you can be the same. Together will get the job done. No jazz, nothing strangely eclectic. I’m not shooting to play every weekend. Think the FUN 80’s stuff. Songs chosen based on gender of vocalist. Will play all songs we choose on the money. Not a wizard but very competent. Have played in rock, pop, country, funky bands. Variety dance bands. Classic rock in my earlier years. I sing lead and backup vocals. We can meet up and chat. Pick up some songs and jam. Easy going.
