Found Black and Tan Shepard Dog

Description

There’s a Black and Tan dog that has taken up residence behind our house. It won’t let me get near it. It seems healthy. I haven’t seen any posts on NextDoor or Craigslist from anyone looking for it. I’ll call the Humane Society if I don’t hear anything in the next day.
