Maddy is missing. She is chipped and up to date on shits but tags are not in her. She had a black harness on and a neon yellow collar with a pinkish red leash on. She lives near 11th Av and Madison. Downtown Phoenix Industrial area. I found Maddy 4 years ago and rescued her off of the street. She had paws burnt badly, dehydrated, immaciated and looked liked she'd had puppies at some time. I brought her in and got her fixed, chipped and shots. She's lived here happily for the last 4 years. This is right by all of the tents and the homeless encampments. We have had a terrible time if people breaking in and cutting homes in the fence. We had just fixed all of them... It's a daily occuramce lately. She got out through a new one dug under the fence by a person. 3 dogs got out but I believe someone took her. There been an encampment person that has grabbed her before. She does not like walking on a leash. She has and acre property she lives and runs on. It's just getting so bad down there. This is the 2nd time in a week. The gal that lives on property w her 2 dogs left the leash on her as she's been a bit arnery with another dog. If you see her please grab her. She is very responsive to treats... Loves people food from being on the streets too long. Thank you, Angie
