Room Needed in Exchange For Care/Cleaning

I am looking for someone with a private room/bathroom for reduced rent in exchange for any chores, things to picked up or delivered, general house cleaning, or animal care. I also have skills in office management, and elementary school tutoring. I am a 34 year old female. Clean and quiet; I’m social but for the most part I prefer to relax and keep to myself. I don’t really have a preference for what part of town, I just would want to be generally close to a supermarket, and post office.
