FOUND on Jan 1st in Long Beach Wrigley neighborhood (cross streets W 31st St & Daisy Ave). Small male white poodle, not neutered. Has a blue collar but no tags. He is not microchipped. He was timid at first but I was able to coax him into my backyard with treats. Please message me if he is yours or you know his owners! This has been cross posted to Nextdoor, & other local FB groups.
