Lost phone in guys car New Years day

N 4th st near University ave, Grand Forks ND

About 3am new years day I got a ride in the back seat of a car. Near the grand forks herald building. Newish car, orange maybe, 4 door. Didn't get a good look at his face. I had a guy with me who rode up front talking to him. Bigger guy, beard wearing a jean jacket. Name was Dave. He dropped us off at a house near university park. I've exhausted every other means by retracing my steps and came to the conclusion it must have fell out in his back seat and he hasn't noticed yet. Nice guy I didn't get the impression he'd steal it, he'd likely turn it in to the pd, and I will keep calling each day to check. I'm completely locked out all my cloud files, photos, emails, YouTube channel everything from the last 12 years is gone if I don't find this guy or the phone. If anyone knows someone like this message me. Thanks!
