Hi, You were my across-the-way neighbor for about a year. You moved away then about 1 year ago. I always wanted to talk to you but never got the chance/balls. You would always be smoking on your balcony when i'd walk my dog. Email me if you think this could be you. You'll probably never see this though, honestly. I just thought you had a fun personality and really livened up the dead neighborhood. Now its been real boring without you around. You left a rug hanging out on your balcony for the entirety of winter. That made me laugh.
