Lockout studio to share, nice clean safe building.

I'm a solo drummer looking for another drummer to share my space. I'd be fine with other types of musicians as well, but the space is perfect for another drummer. That being said, I'm a working adult, with nice gear. I'm looking for someone else who is responsible and respectful. We need to trust each other. The building has security cameras, and I have my own security cameras in the room. The space is 220 square feet, it's got AC, and I've hung OC703 baffles. It's sounds pretty good in there. We would split rent 50/50 at $325 each.
