Front Bumper Cover installation

My wife's car 2016 Toyota Camry was hit in a parking lot. Of course no stepped up. It happen before as well. I installed it myself last summer. But it is really cold out and I do not have a heated garage. I am looking for someone who has installed a front bumper cover that can do it in a heated garage. It is not a very hard job if you know what you are doing. It was not bad for me, even though it was the first time had ever done it. If you have done it you know it involves the removal of the bumper and grilles, turn signals, then you just put in the new one and reinstall everything. I have to order the part tomorrow. It will come painted in the same color as the car, so no need to painting just installation. 1) Please give me a bid on what you would charge to do this. 2) Please tell me your experience in doing this type of job. 3) Please tell me where you are located with your garage to do this.
