Missing Cat Report: Name: Topper, Baby Cat (Won't respond to name or noise due to being deaf) Orange Tabby Walks around by looking frantically in all directions (due to being deaf and forced to navigate by sight alone) Can't be picked up due to extreme disorientation of being off the ground (also due to being deaf) Doesn't like dogs Can't wear a collar, he freaks out Is not used to being away from the 1600 block of Rogue River Hwy Skittish of people due to being overly cautious due to being deaf Last seen yesterday Jan 1, @11:30 am in the 1600 block of Rogue River Hwy Is deeply loved by the Bell-Parker-Carlson Family. We miss him😭😭😭
