Seeking Handy person for small plumbing fix $30 in cash, less than 15 minutes work? My toilet won't flush properly, I think some guest threw paper towel in the bowl, and the overflow bubbles up in the tub. I have tried endlessly with plunger. I need to find someone with a snake or something stronger.
