Our commercial parking maintenance company is growing! The position is for commercial exterior maintenance. Duties will mostly include parking lot sweeping, but also some seal coating, pressure washing, lot striping, and snow removal. The position is part time for now. Applicants must have their own transportation, good driving record, cell phone, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including some 10:00pm - 6:00am shifts and some weekends. Experience a plus but we will train the right HARD WORKING person. Must pass a drug test and background check. MUST HAVE A VALID OKLAHOMA DRIVER'S LICENSE.
