Hairless Cat needs help

I have a very loving black cat that is not supposed to be hairless but is loosing all of it. We just had a baby and are very tight on money, so I have done everything I can over the counter for him, but he needs a vet. I’m willing to rehome him to the right person that can get him the medical attention he needs and will at least keep me in the loop. We love him but want to do the right thing. He is about 5 years old and is very personable and funny. Gets along with other cats but gets picked on sometimes. Email or text with questions
