Help needed with purchasing an Item

I am in need of some one who could help me purchase an item in Westminster and ship to Tennessee. The item is small in length but weights around 25lbs (guessing). The item is a PTO shaft for a piece of farming equipment and this is the only one I can find, the person that owns it will not ship. He wants $20.00 for this item and I’m willing to pay 125.00 for someones time and shipping cost. If anyone is interested I can give better details and pay more if needed, but thought this would be a good start if I could find someone interested. Thanks again
