My kids found this dog chained up on electrical box in rain bought him to me they said the dog needed my help when seen him he was in horrible condition I feel bad for him but can't keep him I drive for living have three kids I don't have time to teach him I was planning to take him to shelter but can't do it this dog needs love attention someone who's patient really hope noone abandoned this dog makes me mad anyone could do that to animal not asking for money asking for someone that loves animals have time patience please don't let me take this Lil guy to shelter
