Outdoor countertop cement, tile, granite ?

I have a outdoor kitchen. Want a countertop for work. Either cement countertop or tile countertop or even granite for right price (granite or stone can be from remnants as long as the all match). See drawing for dimensions. At the moment the top is made of wood with peel and stick tile top which is starting to lift up.
