Looking for all new plumbing & heating installation in a complete renovation. 1) We will pay you three hours of your going rate to come up with a list of all the materials needed. 2) We will pay you $5,000.00 bank certified check/cash do the rough-in. 3) We will pay you $5,000.00 bank certified check/cash to complete the installation. All payment are made immediately upon passing inspection 4) If needed, we can provide some labor help to keep the cost of labor at no more $10,000.00 5) You have to be certified to do plumbing and heating and pull a permit. We will pay for the permit.
