Location Needed for Video Shoots

I'm looking for a private indoor location that I can rent (cheap) for an indie horror video project. Ideally it has a plain white wall or backdrop. If possible please include a photo of the space, the size, and how much you'd be asking to rent it for a day. Thanks!
