I want to share this information with the North Hollywood community. The individual featured in the pic, along side with a tall black young male and a few others have been lurking around our neighborhood near Moorpark and Vineland cross streets. Our building is on neighborhood watch. They approach with intimidation asking for money. We had to verbally ask them to stay away from our property. Their intentions are unknown. Please be alert. Be safe.
