MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIBILITY, BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, ETC. Perform standard cleaning of the facilities, grounds and buildings, which includes, but is not limited to: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using established practices and procedure; cleaning, dusting, and wiping furniture; sweeping, moping, or vacuuming floors; emptying/cleaning trash containers; refilling restroom dispensers; cleaning/buffing floors; shampooing carpets; washing interior and exterior windows; cleaning blinds, washing walls and equipment. Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc. Move furniture and equipment. must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Lock and unlock assigned buildings: secure building when facilities are not in use checking for unlocked doors and windows, report any unauthorized occupants, turn off lights. Use chemicals and supplies as directed. Attend to emergencies when necessary. Attend meetings.
