Every Being is worthy of being Heard without judgement or criticism. Men and Women are welcome to join me for a Heart-to-Heart Conversation on Mondays from 3-4pm Hawaii Time via Zoom. 
Attend to connect, share what's up in your life, and practice Actively Listening to others. Challenges in life happen: relationship, health, prosperity, creative expression, peace of mind. etc. If you are willing to talk about it, I will listen w/ an open mind &heart. 
Each person is welcome to do a brief check-in (how feeling, speak of a gratitude, share what learning about self and life, or request support around something weighing on mind). When the "floor is opened" those wanting to be heard will be able to share until feel complete.

While in group, we do our best to:
• Focus on the person sharing (speaking),
• Refrain from crosstalk and giving advice, and
• Hold what’s spoken in group as sacred (confidential).
