Gather in community as we explore practices that support mental health and our ability to utilize our our own energy. Do you feel as though you’d like to hibernate and stay in your home until winter is over? SAME. But coming together in community can be a profound antidote to the winter blues. Join High Vibe Tribes Founders, Tina Urban and Katie Martin as we gather to explore tools and practices that support mental health and increase our connection to spirituality on: SATURDAY JANUARY 15, 2022 at 6 PM at Holistic Life Community: 599 North Ave, Door #6, 2nd Floor Wakefield, MA 01880. Expect a relaxed and easy atmosphere. The theme for the evening will be SETTING INTENTIONS FOR THE NEW YEAR. The event will include an energy healing, meditation, and warm beverages. Please remember: although we call ourselves the High Vibe Tribe, our goal is to foster an authentic, safe space. If the winter doldrums or life in general has got you feeling not quite in a ‘high vibe’, you are certainly not alone. All vibes are welcome.
