heartbroken to find a new home for my lionhead/Holland Lop mix female rabbitt

Not something I want to do but, not having a choice. Have to find the best home for my female rabbit. 3 years old, healthy has been seen by a vet. She is litter trained and jumps around you and follows you around. She comes with 2 story hutch and fencing (more fencing not in photo) plus almost full bag of hay and food. Very sweet and doesn't bite. Likes to watch a screen or look out a window. Asking $200 for everything and to ensure a good home preferably someone with bunny experience as they can be a handful and she is a chewer. Thank you
