Blending elements of Pop, R&B, Jazz, and Rap, they deliver a fresh new sound. Formed in the Spring of 2019 for Northwestern's Battle of the Bands, they found a connection that extended beyond the competition. Beginning with basement shows and house parties across Northwestern's campus, Morning Dew quickly caught the attention of NU students. They went on to play shows across Evanston and Chicago, building a following beyond the Northwestern Campus. With 5 singers, 3 horns, and a 4-person rhythm section, Morning Dew delivers good vibes, smooth rhymes, and horn lines to audiences across the Chicagoland area. Morning Dew features, trombonist/vocalist Joe Nedder, trumpeter/vocalist Tyler Felsson, saxophonist Albert Kuo, guitarist/vocalist Sammy Sobel, pianist/vocalist Siobhan Esposito, bassist/vocalist Eddy Maday, and drummer Darsan Swaroop Bellie. Whether it be in the heat of live performance or deep in the studio, each member's unique talents collectively produce Morning Dew's distinct sound. Morning Dew SPACE is a live music hall in Evanston, Ill., established in 2008.
