Black cat red collar needs help

There is a younger black cat with a red collar no tags in the neighborhood between legacy park and N 6th E street. One side of the face is hurt and swollen and the cat has been spending nights shivering on my back porch but wont let anyone near it. If you know this cat please reach out, I am contact the owner, thanks.
