Saw/chop downed tree into firewood

A large tree partially fell in one of those major wind storms recently and I had the entire tree cut down. Now I have major logs and a huge section of the tree that I’d like to get sawed and chopped into firewood (see pics). This work will be done down a hill from the house and firewood, once created, will need to be hauled up the hill. I don’t know how long this will take. Obviously we’ll need some dry weather.
