Looking For a Lap Dog

Looking for a small female dog that enjoys laying in my lap. I have two dogs but both are too big to lay in my lap for very long. I'm currently experiencing health problems with my stomach and a lap dog is very comforting to me. Obviously must get along with other dogs and animals. Age doesn't matter. Should be less than 20 pounds. I work from home and have a large fenced in backyard. Up to date on shots and spayed is preferred. Thank you.
